Business 1(VESPA)

Ata and I were walking on the street on rainy Friday morning. We went VESPA Which sells bikes at first. There are no customers and one employee who is a man at shop.
“Hello, excuse me. I’m studying English at ESL, and I have assignment, so may I ask you some question?” I said. When we enter the shop, he was surprising, but he said “Yes,” after he understood our purpose.
“Do you like your job? ”
“Yes. I love y job. ”
“How long have you been working here?”
“Six months,”
“Which shop is your competition?”
“Urban motor and Ducatti,”
“What differences are there between you and them?”
“Urban motor sells scooter, and Ducatti sells sport motor. ”
“What kind of Brand do you sell?”
“Vespa and Piaggio,”
When we were talking about job, one woman was coming. She looked like younger than man, but was his Boss. We continued to ask him.
“Who is your main customer? ”
He and she answered “Younger and older. Many Singles. Women and men’s rate is fifty-fifty.”
“What kind of complain dose the customer have? How do you respond?”

“What kind of complaints do you have?”
“Job is boring. And I am tired.”
Phone was ringing.
“Sorry,” he said, and was starting to talk on the phone.
So we asked her instead of him. ”What do you need to work here?”
“Sell experience”
“Do you have relationship with employee? How about?”
“Good. Of course!”
They touched body each other. They looked like a couple.
He finished to call so we started to ask him again. “What is the best part of working at this store?”
“It’s relaxed to work there.”
“Do you have a website?”
“Yes. It’s vespa.usa.com”
“Are there another shop in USA?”
“ Over USA,”
“Are there another shop in another countries, and Japan?”
“Italy, and of course Japan ”
“What day are you busy?”
“”Saturday,”
“How many people work are here?”
“Two,”
“Thank you very much.”
I almost went out, and remembered one thing.
“Oh! Sorry please tell me your name.”
“Why?”
“We have to write down your name…”
“Marci,”
“Thank you so much. Bye-bye.”
We went out outside that shop.
