Brand

When I buy products, I sometimes check the Brand names. Brand names are sometimes important for me, but sometimes not important. It’s six of one and half of a dozen of the other. For example, I always check products if I buy what I put in my mouth, such as a toothpaste, food, and medicine. Because, I worry about whether they have a bad quality and harmful, I don’t want to buy products that I put in my mouth. In addition, I often confirm products if I buy expensive merchandises like a car, TV, and stereo. Because I don’t have confidence in products of Brand that we don’t know, I can’t buy them. Also, when I buy something in Japan, I usually can’t return easily unlike America. So it’s not easy to decide to buy them. Therefore, I usually buy products of Brand that I know. In addition, because I have known that brand has always high quality. However, even if some of products are popular Brand, sometimes products just have name value, and don’t have quality. We should have eyes that can distinguish which one are more valuable products. If someone buys Brand, I sometimes don’t ask about that. Nevertheless, if I recognize that quality of products is good, and they bought products that are my favorite Brand, I may ask someone some questions. Because I want to know more detail.

Three things that I want to send

-If you wanted to tell somebody about yourself by sending a package, what three things would be in it? Please explain your reasons.-

If I can send a package, I will send some things that people can know me easily. First of all, I will send some pictures that I actually went out and took, because my hobby is traveling. I want to introduce my hobby to them. I have been to thirteen countries, and I have taken a lot of photos. I will send not only these pictures but also Japan’s it. In particular, I like “OKINAWA” and “KYOTO”. So I will send these photos, too. Second, I will send a red wine, since I like it. I prefer red one to white one. To understand my favorite foods; therefore, I want to send it. Finally, I will send some flowers. One of my hobbies is “IKEBANA”. “IKEBANA” is traditional flower arrangement of Japan. Before coming here, I got a license that I can teach it to anybody. But I have never taught it anyone. I think that I may tell somebody about myself to send these three things. So I chose them.

"Rich"

I think that “rich” has many means. “Rich” is symbolic of wealth. When I heard “rich”, at first I imaged that rich is people who have a lot of money. However, I don’t indicate that rich is only people who make a money. Because I consider that rich is what we have a good health of body and mind. Also, rich are people who have a good family, friends, and companies. Next, people who can spend time usefully are rich, too. Although I don’t have a lot of money, but I think that I am a rich. Because I have health of body and mind, and I have a good husband and nice friends. But I am not good at using time. So I want to be a rich the different ways some day.

Summarize the episode
Many companies want to promote a lot of merchandise in holiday. Then people buy some presents which they made. After the holiday, garbage which includes the gift and packing increases.
Trash can of Homer’s house was also full, so he tried to take out the trash. But sanitation worker had left. So he gave a shout. After that, they struggled. Therefore he was suspended garbage service. This problem triggered him to run for public office. His slogan is “Can’t someone else do it.” He became a sanitation commissioner and made money to beat up the garbage from another cities. Then he buried the garbage underground. However underground filled one day. So he moved another city at the end. The people who have been lived here for long time have to become to live with garbage.

My opinion
What Homer did is silly attempt, because to move his house is not good solution. It’s a just makeshift manner. Actually, he didn’t see the real problems. If he kept to do like this attempt, people would lose places which they live in. So Homer has to think about reducing garbage, and recycle.

What the episode say about holiday in America
Many merchandise are sold and bought in holiday. So many companies want to promote a lot of merchandise in holiday, and industry is developing. Developing industry create pollution. On the other hand, another problems exist. There are enough things in the world. Also gifts have too much packaging. Therefore, garbage increases after holiday. Although holiday please people, we have to think about garbage.

I saw a bad at carlsbad cave three weeks ago.
However, I didn't see many it, so I want to see many it.
